Aramark Healthcare has acquired Masterplan, a clinical technology management and medical equipment maintenance company.
With the acquisition, Aramark Healthcare expands its capabilities to service all levels of hospital clinical technology, from imaging equipment such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Computerized Tomography devices, to common infusion pumps used in daily patient care.
The acquisition will strengthen the ability of Aramark Healthcare, a provider of support services, to serve the clinical technology and patient care needs of its hospital partners.
In addition to the acquisition of Masterplan, Aramark Healthcare also acquires ReMedPar, a provider of parts and refurbished medical equipment parts, and MESA, a provider of integrated repair and maintenance services to hospitals in 12 European countries.
As a result of the acquisition, Aramark Healthcare will be able to offer its clients a wider geographic presence and additional capabilities to service and source parts for all brands of clinical equipment.
