The new synthetic surgical gloves are made of 100% synthetic polyisoprene.
Ansell said the gloves prevent Type I allergic reactions and are designed to reduce skin irritation and improve skin condition.
In addition to preventing Type I allergic reactions, both gloves are alcohol resistant, offer damp-hand and double donnability and feature a special surface treatment to provide a greater-degree of grip.
According to Ansell Marketing vice president Patty Taylor, the gloves also feature SureFit Technology which prevents cuff roll-down to deliver superior protection during operating room procedures.
