The Ovation Tribute hip stem has been designed for use with Ortho Development’s femoral heads and compatible acetabular components. The femoral hip prosthesis that includes a minimal broach-only instrumentation platform reduces bone loss and length of surgery.

The hip stem is available in a range of sizes with both standard and extended neck offset options in order to provide options for various patients needs. It is available in 12 sizes with standard and extended neck offsets to accommodate patient anatomy.

Optimized neck geometry with highly polished surface improves overall range of motion and decreases wear. Proximal body surface of the hip stem is coated with titanium plasma spray for solid, long-term fixation.

The Ovation Tribute hip stem incorporates tapered stem design, which provides excellent rotational stability and promotes three-point fixation. The hip stem accommodates multiple surgical approaches including the direct anterior approach with its new design features.

Currently, Ortho Development markets its products through a network of independent sales representatives and distributors in the US and through Japan Medical Dynamic Marketing in Japan.
