AngioDynamics, Inc. (AngioDynamics) said it will move its headquarters from Queensbury to a new building at Century Hill Plaza in Latham, Albany Times Union reported. The company has signed signed a lease for a 52,500-square-foot building at the 40-acre-business park near Route 9 and alongside the Northwaym. The move-in date is slated for March 2010.

Previously, AngioDynamics said it would scrap plans to build a new building in Queensbury, because it wanted a location near Albany International Airport.

AngioDynamics estimates that approximately 65 employees will relocate to Latham, allowing it to increase its manufacturing levels at a Queensbury building that will still serve as the company’s primary factory, warehouse and distribution center.

AngioDynamics is a provider of medical devices used by interventional radiologists, surgeons and other physicians for the minimally-invasive treatment of cancer and peripheral vascular disease.
