Analogic, a US-based medical imaging and aviation security technology company, has introduced its new Flex Focus 300 ultrasound system for urology in North America.

Designed for private practice use, the advanced Flex Focus 300 ultrasound system supports prostate and expanded urology imaging needs.

Flex Focus 300 features modular, ergonomic design and incorporates Quantum Plus Technology that offers image quality advancements which make it easier and quicker for physicians to obtain the highest quality images.

The new ultrasound system combines premium image quality and Doppler performance with a wide range of application-specific multifrequency transducers. It provides an efficient, compact mobile ultrasound solution for the entire urinary tract.

Analogic global marketing vice president Lars Shaw said that the company worked closely with its customers to develop the Flex Focus 300 ultrasound system to effectively address kidney, bladder, prostate, testes and penile Doppler imaging, while offering a suite of compatible transducers, all at an affordable price point.

The company introduced the Flex Focus 300 ultrasound system for urology at the American Urological Association (AUA) Annual Meeting in Orlando, Florida.

Analogic’s Flex Focus product portfolio includes Flex Focus 400, Flex Focus 500, Flex Focus 800 and Pro Focus UltraView 800. These systems support a broad range of innovative transducers to address the challenges of demanding interventional procedures.
