US-based dental equipment manufacturer Air Techniques is set to introduce new AirStar Neo dental air compressor and Mojave V7 dry vacuum system at the California Dental Association (CDA) annual meeting, which will be held between 30 April and 2 May.

AirStar NEO is available in seven different models and can accommodate up to ten users, while Mojave V7 is available in two models and can accommodate up to 14 users.

Air Techniques utility product manager Robert Olivero said: "Air Techniques has paved the way for over four decades as North America’s leading and largest manufacturer of dental air compressors and vacuum systems.

"The AirStar NEO and Mojave V7 will provide the practitioner with modern, compact systems that provide big benefits with outstanding performance."

The new AirStar NEO series is said to aggregate the firm’s exclusive membrane dryer technology and new integrated diagnostic monitoring functions, as well as features full color and digital touch screen display.

The system can continuously monitor itself to deliver better diagnostic controls and will inform the individual about preventative maintenance with smart alarms.

Mojave V7 is an oil-free and water-free vacuum system that provides energy savings from variable output controlled motor based on demand.

It features a single stage regenerative pump that is controlled by a variable frequency drive. The system’s technology will allow the pump to speed up or slow down to meet the exact vacuum demand of any dental office.
