Access MediQuip is set to provide its surgical implant management services to the Primary PhysicianCare members following an agreement .
Under the agreement, Access MediQuip will provide surgical implant services including implant verification; device logistics and coordination; implant referral intake and coordination; devices acquisition and prior authorization communication and coordination.
Primary PhysicianCare Network Management director John Pendergast said Access MediQuip’s approach and expertise in the complexities of implant surgeries will help control costs and improve quality for all those they serve.
Client Services and Network executive vice president Jon Buffa said they bring powerful data and analytics, proven cost management services, and quality and safety programs to bear on the rapidly growing implant surgical sector, and will yield considerable benefits to Primary PhysicianCare.
