Acacia Research's subsidiaries Hospital Systems, DRAM Technology and Software Restore Solutions have entered into different license and settlement agreements to resolve existing disputes with different firms.

Acacia’s Hospital Systems Corporation subsidiary has entered into a license agreement with Cerner covering a portfolio of patents that apply to medical picture archiving and communication system (PACS) technology.

The agreement resolves the parties’ dispute that was pending in the District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

DRAM Technology subsidiary has entered into a settlement agreement with Hynix Semiconductor, regarding patents related to double data rate SDRAM devices. The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the Eastern District of Texas.

Acacia’s Software Restore Solutions subsidiary has entered into a settlement and license agreement with Teradata, which resolves patent litigation that was pending in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
