Oliver Healthcare Packaging is a leading supplier of pouches, lidding, roll stock, and CleanCut mounting cards for the global healthcare industry. Our packaging is designed to protect medical devices and pharmaceutical products throughout the sterilization, shipment and storage processes. We offer an extensive portfolio, including specialty products designed to solve tough packaging issues like the award-winning Dispos-a-vent® pouch. In addition, Xhale® and SealScience® adhesives allow for increased productivity, better evidence of seal integrity, and ease of aseptic presentation for improved patient safety.

Our packaging is designed to the industry’s highest levels of quality and care, so that our customers can deliver longer, healthier lives. Oliver is ISO 13485 certified, to guarantee that high quality. We believe the best way to serve our customers is by being where they are. That is why we have facilities all over the globe.

Our Europe manufacturing is in Venray, the Netherlands, which have expanded with a brand-new cleanroom in 2023. We also have a Technical Centre in Galway, Ireland. The purpose of the Technical Centre is education, as well as designing & developing medical packaging. It is a hands-on, collaborative environment where customers and prospective customers can work directly with our packaging experts to design, test and troubleshoot their packaging.

Celebrating the grand opening of the 15 million dollar investment

On June 18th Oliver Healthcare Packaging is celebrating the grand opening of our new 1450 square meter cleanroom. This investment in Venray is pivotal to enable our medical device and pharmaceutical customers to provide uninterrupted service to patients in Europe and globally. With this new cleanroom we triple our manufacturing footprint and further employment opportunities in a critically important market, in Limburg.

Pouches

Oliver offers the most comprehensive set of pouch materials and custom design options for medical device and pharmaceutical packaging. Pouches are fully customizable--including size, design and material selection--for optimal protection and performance. A wide array of pouches are available including pouches that are peelable, can be torn or cut open and are puncture resistant.

Die-Cut Lids

Our Die-cut lids are fully customizable across a broad range of applications, our specialty lids support sterilization methods requiring more porosity including EtO and Steam sterilization. Designed to overcome sealing challenges, they offer robust impact resistance and sealability over wide temperature ranges.

Roll stock

Oliver offers coated or uncoated roll stock for medical device and pharmaceutical packaging. Roll stock offers the ideal packaging solution for automated lidding and thermoform form-fill-seal applications by increasing throughput and reducing operating costs. Roll stock materials include Tyvek®, Ovantex® papers, films and foils. Roll stock can be printed to maximize branding.

Clipless Dispenser for Catheters and Guidewires

The award-winning Clipless Dispenser is a sleek, one-piece, symmetrical design that is optimized for retention of a device during shipping and storage with ease of use during surgical procedures. Without clips, additional packaging material, weight, space and waste is reduced by 20-30% — resulting in significant cost savings. There are no clips to fall off or puncture sterile pouches.
