Da/Pro offers liquid injection molding (LIM), compression molding, injection molding, transfer molding services and is equipped with a class 10,000 clean room.
From prototyping small or large volume production, we provide solutions to meet your rubber molding needs in the most cost-effective manner. Our tool department combines conventional and computer numerical control (CNC) metal working machines with an electrical discharge machine (EDM) to produce molds for the simplest to the most complex parts.
Since the tool is a critical factor in part finish, configuration and quality, our engineers work closely with tool and die makers in the process of designing and fabricating precision tooling. Hand finishing and polishing by craftsmen provides the final detailing before the molds are pre-production tested.
Our quality system is an integral part of every process from material development, tool design, tool fabrication and manufacturing. To ensure consistency in our process, advanced statistical process controls are utilized to monitor material properties, mixing, molding, operations, and final product conformance to specifications.
