Oceans apart on device approval

As vice-president of government affairs at the Medical Device Manufacturers Association (MDMA), Thomas Novelli manages a portfolio of policy issues. He joined the association after four years of working on the US Senate Committee on Finance for Ranking Member Senator Charles Grassley. In this time, Novelli worked on several areas affecting the medical device industry, including their safety and approval.
