Royal Philips has entered into a multi-year and strategic partnership agreement with Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth) member Bon Secours Charity Health System (BSCHS).
As part of $180m deal, BSCHS will be provided with advanced medical technologies such as imaging systems, patient monitoring, telehealth and clinical informatics solutions.
Philips will also offer a comprehensive range of clinical and business consulting services to the BSCHS.
Under the long-term strategic partnership, BSCHS will also be provided with community health services in areas such as radiology, cardiology, neurology and pediatrics.
The latest relationship is based on the existing 15-year and $500m partnership between Philips and WMCHealth, which started in last year.
The partnership was established to enhance standardization, workflow and medical technology deployment of BSCHS.
BSCHS includes Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, Bon Secours Community Hospital in Port Jervis, St. Anthony Community Hospital in Warwick of New York.
It is also comprised of other long-term care facilities and other services.
