MTG Medical Technologies, a subsidiary of Neuro-Competence, has entered into an agreement to distribute Symmetry Surgical's surgical instruments product portfolio.
MTG is involved in distributing medical devices to hospitals located across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia.
Under the terms of the deal, MTG will expand brands and products of Codman Surgical Instruments and SSi, which were acquired by Symmetry Surgical in Europe.
The company also plans to further expand into other key European countries to attract healthy revenue opportunities.
In addition, Symmetry Surgical’s portfolio includes products of Olsen Medical and various brands including Bookwalter, Greenberg, Riley, Olsen, Ultra, Quad-lock, Flashpak, RapidClean, Opti-Length, Classic and Classic Plus.
