ZRG Partners, a progressive, client-focused global executive search firm, has signed an agreement to acquire certain assets of Pyramid International, a 10 year old executive search firm located in Lausanne, Switzerland.

As part of the asset acquisition agreement, AJ Ravenhorst, CEO, will join ZRG Partners as a Managing Director and a member of the firm’s global life science practice. The transaction is scheduled for closing on January 2, 2016.

AJ brings 20 years of deep industry experience, a solid client base and body of work in the medical technology sector to ZRG Partners.

The team from Pyramid will work out of ZRG’s Nyon, Switzerland offices after the transaction closes in January 2016.
