United American Healthcare Corporation (UAHC), a provider of contract manufacturing services to the medical device industry, has appointed John Fife as the chairman of the Board of Directors effective 19 October 2010.
Fife has been the chairman of Pulse since June 2004.
In addition, since January 2004 he worked as the chairman of a medical supply company, Typenex Medical, whose products are used to enhance transfusion safety within the hospital blood bank community worldwide.
Fife said that he is honored to be named chairman, and look forward to working with the Board to integrate UAHC’s recent acquisition of Pulse Systems and move the combined company forward.
“I would also like to thank Tom Goss for his service as chairman, and I look forward to working with him and the rest of our Board to realise the unrecognised potential we see in UAHC,” Fife said.
