Streamline Health has reported revenues of $4.68m for the second quarter ended 31 July 2010, an increase of 15%, compared to $4.06m for the comparable period in 2009.

The increase in revenues is primarily attributed to higher license systems sales and increased recurring revenues recognized from application hosting and maintenance contracts.

Streamline Health posted a net loss of $75,939 for the second quarter 2010, or $0.01 loss per diluted share, compared to net loss of $17,949 for the comparable period in 2009.

The company’s operating loss was $27,915, compared to $17,481 for the comparable period in 2009.

For the six months ended 30 June 2010, Streamline Health posted a revenue of $8.22m compared to $7.82m for the year ago period. Operating loss was $1.23m, compared to $10,506 for the year ago period.

Streamline Health reported a net loss of $1.25m, compared to $1,608 for the year ago period.

Streamline Health CEO Brian Patsy said that during the quarter they were also successful in providing two existing clients with several of Business Process Management workflow solutions, one on an enterprise level to Nassau University Medical Center and the other on a departmental level, composed of three new workflow solutions to an existing customer.

Streamline Health is a provider of integrated tools and technologies for automating document-intensive environments, including document workflow, document management, e-forms, connectivity, optical character recognition (OCR) and business process integration.
