Stellar Biotechnologies, a manufacturer of Keyhole Limpet Hemocyanin (KLH), has introduced KLH enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test kits.
Stellar KLH test kits are solid-phase assays designed for detecting IgG or IgM antibodies in serum or plasma samples.
Stellar KLH test kits are made using company’s proprietary Stellar KLH protein to assess both humoral and cellular immune responses .
The test kits are also used to measure anti-KLH antibody levels following KLH immune stimulation.
Stellar KLH ELISA test kits, together with Stellar KLH protein test agent, are intended to provide control and consistency in immune response testing.
The company said new anti-KLH ELISA assays are also used for pharmaceutical immunotoxicology research
