Southern California Orthopedic Institute (SCOI) has chosen SRS' electronic health record (EHR) for its 32 Physicians.

The SRS’ EHR facilitates SCOI providers to pursue meaningful use who are eligible for government EHR incentives.

SCOI CEO Darrell Schryver, "We are confident that our physicians will use the upgraded version of the SRS EHR to efficiently collect the discrete data needed to meet the government’s requirements, while continuing to practice just as they currently do."

SCOI spokesperson Carlos Guanche said the meaningful use capabilities of the SRS EHR distinguish it from other EHRs because of its fit with the company’s orthopaedic workflow.

"That fact, combined with the meaningful use educational support provided by the SRS Implementation team and the SRS Government Affairs department, made it clear that moving forward with SRS was the right decision for our practice’s future," Guanche added.

SRS provides EHR technology and services via the unified desktop, the EHR, SRS CareTracker PM and SRS PACS.
