The Accellion secure managed file transfer solution allows pharmaceutical and medical device companies to securely send and receive files and folders up to 50GB in size and also provides a comprehensive audit trail of who received a file and when.

Accellion president and CEO Yorgen Edholm said that from clinical research to drug and device design, the pharmaceutical and medical device industries generate a significant amount of data.
