Revelstoke Capital Partners portfolio company Schryver Medical Sales and Marketing has completed the acquisition of Quality Mobile X-Ray Services, for an undisclosed sum.
Based in Nashville of Tennessee, Quality offers mobile diagnostic x-ray services, as well as mobile ultrasound and other diagnostic testing services in the southern US.
With around 100 professionals, the company provides services in Middle and Western Tennessee, as well as certain counties in Kentucky, Alabama, Mississippi, and Arkansas.
The firm offers services to around 400 facilities in the markets, including long term care facilities, state prison and jail systems, assisted living centers, home health companies, and various public institutions.
Schryver Medical Sales and Marketing CEO Doug Goetz said: "The Quality acquisition expands our operations into five new states and opens the door to a distinct geography in the southeastern US.
"Quality serves as an important step in our continued effort to grow the Schryver footprint and offer superior services at a national level."
Denver-based Schryver provides mobile imaging diagnostics, clinical laboratory services, oxygen therapy and durable medical equipment for hospitals, assisted-living centers, and homecare patients.
