Rondo-Pak, a provider of quality folding cartons to the medical device industry, has appointed Victor Dixon as the company's new president and chief operating officer (COO).
Prior to joining the company, packaging veteran Dixon worked at a mobile marketing specialty firm Brandstir as president, CEO and operating partner and at Catalent Pharma Solutions as vice president and general manager of printed components.
He also served as president and CEO at Cortegra Group, a subsidiary of Menasha, as well as held various executive positions at Alcoa/Reynolds Packaging and many other global packaging and industrial manufacturing companies.
In the new role, Dixon will oversee the company’s business development and promotional strategies, focusing not only on day-to-day operations but also growth potential, market positioning and a branding initiative that will be rolled out incrementally in 2013, reports Healthcare Packaging.
