PakSense BIOmed Label is flat, about the size of a sugar packet, and is designed to digitally monitor a product’s environment during distribution or storage.
The labels use a new type of temperature sensor which enables them to record the surface read of the object to which they are attached, and this process provides a closer approximation of actual product temperature.
The labels sample temperature every minute and if a specific temperature range is violated, the BIOmed Temp Indicator flashes a light emitting diodes (LEDs) indicating the problem.
