Digital health firm One Drop has secured the US Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) 510(k) clearance and CE mark approval in Europe for its new glucose monitoring system.

The system features advanced medical and mobile technology, which will help in diabetes management.

The new system transmits blood glucose data directly to the cloud through One Drop | Mobile app for iOS and Android.

One Drop | Mobile is a cloud-based diabetes management solution, which provides real-time and historical blood glucose data and analytics to the patients and their healthcare providers.

Full integration with Apple HealthKit enables One Drop | Mobile users to sync blood glucose, fitness, nutrition, and other health data from multiple apps and devices, including Dexcom, One Touch, Accu-Chek, Agamatrix, iHealth, Dario.
