Opto Circuits (India) Ltd. (OCI) has reported total income of INR4.2 billion, for the fiscal 2009, compared with total income of INR1.1 billion in the previous year. It also reported a net profit of INR1.4 billion for the fiscal 2009, compared with net profit of INR1.1 billion in the previous year.
The company has posted a net profit of INR402.389 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2009 as compared to INR356.538 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. Total Income has increased from INR1061.370 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 to INR1359.161 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2009.
The group has posted consolidated net profit after minority interest of INR553.744 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2009 as compared to INR342.072 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. Total Income has increased from INR1314.032 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 to INR2266.792 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2009.
The group has posted consolidated net profit after minority interest of INR2094.439 million for the year ended March 31, 2009 as compared to INR1306.595 million for the year ended March 31, 2008. Total Income has increased from INR4851.455 million for the year ended March 31, 2008 to INR8472.869 million for the year ended March 31, 2009.
OCI is engaged in the design, development, manufacture and marketing of medical electronic devices and health care products, in both invasive and non-invasive segments.
