MediPurpose is donating SurgiLance safety lancets for use in free health screenings at the American Diabetes Association (ADA) EXPO 2011 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta on 9 April.
The ADA funds research to manage, cure and prevent diabetes (including type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes, and pre-diabetes).
Singapore-based MediPurpose Blood Collection & Analytics senior account manager Brian Goold said they are proud to support the ADA’s efforts to fight the deadly consequences of diabetes and to help those affected by diabetes.
SurgiLance safety lancets are available in six models, with either a needle or blade, each with different depths of penetration, to provide optimal blood flow for different applications and skin types.
MediPurpose has recently signed an agreement with HealthTrust Purchasing Group to include MediPurpose’ SurgiLance safety lancets in its health-care product portfolio.
