LifeWave Hi-Tech Medical Devices Ltd. (LifeWave) has signed three-year distribution agreement with a UK company. The agreement has an option of extension for two more years and both parties can terminate after giving two months notice, providing a mechanism can be found to continue supplying LifeWave's treatments.
