US-based Interventional Spine will introduce a new line of Opticage lumbar interbody fusion implants at the International Society for the Advancement of Spine Surgery (ISASS) Annual Meeting in Las Vegas, which is being held from 6 to 8 April.

The new products include recent size additions to the Opticage Lumbar Fusion line of spine products, andlordotic versions of the interbody device.

Interventional Spine COO Joseph Darling said: "We are proud to introduce this year’s line-up of new minimally invasive spine products at ISASS and provide an opportunity for surgeons to see a demonstration of the new products.

"These new and innovative devices, which build upon our existing line of products, are designed to assist surgeons in delivering superior patient outcomes in an affordable manner for Lumbar Fusion Surgery."

The Opticage G3 that provides support for several surgical approaches, including PLIF, TLIF and lateral. The lateral and TLIF designs of the device can be used in parallel and lordotic applications.

The OptiGraft inserter helps to fill the Opticage with more flowable graft material post expansion in situ.

Interventional Spine develops and markets implantable devices for the spine that can be deployed through both surgical and minimally invasive techniques.
