The Indian Military, through its exclusive dealer in India - vTitan, has purchased 4,500 MAT Tourniquet units from Pyng Medical, a developer of trauma and resuscitation products for front-line critical care personnel.

MAT Tourniquet, which meets all US Department of Defense performance requirements, provides one-handed application and stops moderate to severe extremity blood loss to damaged and trapped limbs.

vTitan India CEO Bobby Shah said due to the strong acceptance of the MAT Tourniquet, other Pyng products are now being considered by India Defense Units.

Pyng offers medical devices for use by hospital staff, emergency medical services and military forces worldwide.
