IMRIS Inc. (IMRIS), a surgical imaging solutions company, has appointed Kelly McNeill as executive vice president, finance and administration and chief financial officer (CFO), effective September 21, 2009. McNeill replaces Ron Sabourin who is retiring after serving as IMRIS’s CFO since its founding in 2005. Most recently, McNeill held the position of CFO with Resverlogix Corporation.

McNeill, a Chartered Accountant, brings a wealth of experience to IMRIS, having worked in the biotechnology and manufacturing industries as well as in both publicly traded and privately held companies. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta and holds a Masters of Accountancy and Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba.
