Haemonetics Corporation (Haemonetics) has signed an software agreement with Blood Centers of America, Inc. (BCA), a cooperative of community blood centers. The contract provides multiple incentives for BCA-member blood centers to use Haemonetics' suite of innovative blood management software products, including Prelude and Interlude, part of the Haemonetics' integrated Symphony suite of products, as well as eQue automated interview and assessment donor screening system.

Haemonetics is engaged in developing and manufacturing blood typing and screening technology.
