GroupOne Health Source has entered into a collaboration agreement to provide its EHR medical billing services to 80 healthcare providers of US-based St. Joseph Health System.
GroupOne provides medical billing services to users of the eClinicalWorks electronic health records system and a variety of other EHR systems.
In addition to medical billing services, GroupOne provides valuable knowledge to clients regarding EHR workflow best practices and detailed, customized analytics reporting in real-time.
St. Joseph Health System revenue management director Sam Fulton said the company has also researched GroupOne’s credentials as a multi-specialty medical billing partner in a variety of practice settings.
"Their EHR revenue cycle management experience proved to be an attractive solution for our needs," Fulton added.
"We believe this partnership with GroupOne will assist us with our mission as a leading health care provider in the state and position our health network for continued expansion over the next decade."
