Given Imaging has registered a patent infringement case against Intromedic at the Seoul's Central District Court.

Intromedic’s capsule endoscope is being marketed under the brand name MiroCam capsule.
The District Court said if the patents are found valid, Intromedic will neither manufacture nor sell its capsule endoscope in Korea.
