Florida Hospital Carrollwood, a community hospital, has purchased Mazor Robotics' Renaissance system.
The system has installed at Florida Hospital Carrollwood, part of the Florida Hospital Tampa Bay division of Adventist Health System.
Renaissance is a next generation surgical robotic system which facilitates surgeon to perform spine procedures.
Florida Hospital Carrollwood CEO Brinsley Lewis said the hospital has made commitment to provide the safest technology to its spine patients.
"The most important factors in this are the safety of our patients and the most successful outcomes possible," Lewis added.
