Eternity Healthcare, a provider of medical technologies, has launched a multifunctional cholesterol meter device.
The device measures total cholesterol from a drop of blood and takes approximately between 2-3 minutes to get highly accurate level of cholesterol in the blood.
The device is also used to measure the glucose level and the triglycerides.
Eternity said the device is primarily designed to be used at home and at doctor’s office by professionals and non-professionals.
The company has started submitting its application to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for commercialization.
The company is also involved in the development of diagnostic kits, digital cholesterol readers, injection free needles and more.
