Dynamic Healthcare Services, a portfolio company of GMH Ventures and Lakewood Capital, has announced that it acquired Reliable Home Medical Equipment on 10 February 2014.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Reliable is a full service home medical equipment (HME) company providing a wide range of respiratory, sleep, mobility, durable medical equipment products and services to customers in the New York and New Jersey metro market.
Dynamic Healthcare Services vice chairman Terry Luft noted the company is extremely pleased that Reliable Medical chose to join the DHS team.

GMH Ventures is actively seeking to acquire other companies in the home and durable medical equipment marketplace within the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast region.
