Dyadem, a company engaged in operational and quality risk management, has opened its second office in Europe, located in Starnberg, Germany.

Dyadem claimed that it has expanded in response to a surge in customer demand in the EU for its enterprise risk management software and services amid heightened scrutiny of safety and quality standards for companies in the pharmaceutical, medical device, oil & gas and chemical industries.

The Dyadem Germany office will be led by regional director Uwe Schneider. He will oversee Dyadem operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and will be responsible for continued growth, strategy and sales leadership.

Dyadem president and CEO Kevin North said that they have grown 229% in the last five years and in order to better support their customer base they have added local infrastructure in Munich to supplement the work performed out of their office in London.

“I am confident that our Regional Director for Europe, Uwe Schneider, will help us continue to support and expand our customer base in the region,” North said.
