Corwil Technology, a wafer assembly and test services contract manufacturer supporting over 500 customers worldwide, has announced that its Quality Management System has passed the ISO 13485 audit for Medical Devices by the independent auditor, NSF-ISR.

By passing the ISO 13485 audit, Corwil has demonstrated that its Quality Management System meets customer and regulatory requirements to provide semiconductor assembly services for Medical Devices.

Corwil Technology Medical Technologies business development director Rosie Medina said: "Our successful completion of the 13485 audit is yet another milestone that highlights CORWIL’s continual commitment to the medical technology industry."

Corwil Technology Operations and Engineering vice president Richard Tung said: "ISO 13485 will enable CORWIL to expand and enhance its business practices."
