Cardiocom has introduced new Telehealth communication solutions at the National Association for Home Care & Hospice's (NAHC) 2012.
The solutions include a home telehealth solution, LinkView, that provides interactive video communication, color touch screen and vital sign measurement for patients in a single integrated package.
Other products include Attentiv, an advanced health monitoring and personal emergency response system, and NetResponse, an interactive web based telehealth solution that offers daily health querying, education and vital sign data entry for patients from any internet enabled smartphone, tablet, or pc.
In addition, the portfolio includes TeleResponse, a new telephony telehealth solution that offers daily health querying, education and vital sign data entry for patients from any telephone.
The company said all the new solutions communicate with the company’s Omniviso Pro care management platform.
