Cardiac Science, an Opto Circuits group company, has named Neal Long as the company's new chief executive officer (CEO).
Prior to Cardiac Science, Long served as CEO at Draeger Medical Systems’ North American medical devices business as well as served as president of Draeger’s global patient monitoring and IT businesses.
Long worked at Philips’ Chronic Care, New Clinical Ventures as director and as general manager of its diagnostic ECG business unit.
Long has also served as business unit manager of GE Marquette Medical Systems’ non-invasive cardiology unit and as director for marketing of cardiology division.
