Optilite can continuously load samples, reagents and consumables plus automatic re-dilution to end result, allowing labs to maximize test throughput while minimizing hands-on time.
It can be installed with full LIS connectivity and automatic barcode recognition for full traceability.
According to the firm, data from laboratories running Optilite demonstrated 40% enhanced processing of complex protein assays compared against other special protein analyzers.
Binding Site CEO Charles de Rohan said: "We wanted to bring simplicity to complex analytical processes.
"The result is Optilite, the latest innovation in special protein testing, which offers laboratories reliability, accurate results, speed and efficiency."
The firm is currently providing a comprehensive menu of special protein assays including Freelite test to customers.
The Optilite system, along with other current menu, received FDA approval and registered by Health Canada.
Binding Site president Doug Kurth said: "Optilite combines Binding Site’s latest instrument technology with our assays, which are optimized to run specifically on this platform."
