American Scientific Resources (ASR) reported that British-based Syner-Med is the new distributor in the UK and Republic of Ireland for its non-contact thermometers.
Syner-Med placed an initial order for 5,000 non-contact thermometers, comprised of both retail and professional models, of the VeraTemp non-contact thermometer.
American Scientific Resources senior VP of Sales Marc Massoglia said they are pleased to have an order from Syner-Med in light of their tremendous credibility with the medical community in the UK.
"Syner-Med’s well developed contacts in the retail pharmacy market as well as their knowledge and capabilities with the National Health Service should allow us to establish the VeraTemp as the preferred clinical thermometer and build a solid base for our retail distribution across Europe," Massoglia said.
