3D Systems has entered into an agreement to provide its ProJet DP 3000 and ProJet MP 3000 3D CAD/CAM printers to Sun Dental Labs to produce fixed and removable prosthetics.
The ProJet DP 3000 prints precision dental wax-ups with a smooth surface finish which can be then casted or pressed using conventional dental techniques.
The ProJet MP 3000 prints 3D dental stone like models from any intraoral or impression scanner.
Sun Dental Labs CDT Lab Manager Chuck Tagliarino said the ProJet DP and MP 3000 integrate seamlessly with their digital workflow to deliver best-in-class restorations and removable dentures.
