CROMSOURCE combines the capabilities and expertise of both MSOURCE and CROM and builds on the established infrastructure of CROM.
Providing full international coverage, CROMSOURCE can now offer experience and expertise in clinical operations in the field of pharmaceutical drug development and medical devices.
CROMSOURCE will be led by CEO Oriana Zerbini, the founder and owner of CROM.
Frank van de Wijngaert, the former CEO of MSOURCE will leave CROMSOURCE on 15 May.
Zerbini said MSOURCE is a successful company in Western Europe in both clinical research and the growing area of clinical resourcing.
"Staffing solutions will be valuable as yet another service area for CROM, and with the geographical synergies in their established international infrastructure they provide significant benefits for existing and new customers," Zerbini said.
