Sorin CRM Names DYCONEX as the 2012 Supplier of the Year

All strategic suppliers for Sorin CRM are measured every month, with an extensive evaluation system based on predefined criteria such as incoming rejects, quality and deliveries. This is done with the goal of maintaining an annual overview about the performance of every individual supplier. In addition to quality, logistics and technology, commercial aspects, such as price and purchasing conditions, as well as mutual cooperation are included in the performance review.

DYCONEX was determined to be the winner of the award based on its positive overall evaluation of the factors quality, on-time delivery, customer support and ability to respond to changing requirements.
