Salvin Dental Specialties, a provider of dental implants for bone grafting, instrumentation and equipment, has signed an exclusive agreement with LifeNet Health, to advance LifeNet Health's OraGraft allograft products in the dental market.

The two entities have been in partnership since 1995. The new agreement builds on the existing relationship between the two companies, which provides LifeNet Health with Salvin Dental’s marketing and sales resources, while LifeNet Health’s quality allograft products offer a bone grafting solution for Salvin Dental customers.

Under the terms of agreement, Salvin Dental is expected to act as the exclusive US representative for the promotion of OraGraft allograft tissue products in the dental industry along with LifeNet Health.

Salvin Dental will increase awareness in the dental industry about the availability of allograft products, which may be beneficial for implant bone grafting and sinus lift procedures.

LifeNet Health will be responsible for allograft procurement, processing, and distribution. The company will utilise the latest research and processing techniques to assure quality donor screening and follows strict standards regarding donor qualification, tissue processing, and quality system review.

Bob Salvin, founder and CEO for Salvin Dental, said: “Because of LifeNet Health’s world-class reputation for its stringent quality processes and Salvin Dental’s understanding of the bone grafting needs of the dental industry, this partnership benefits the customers we serve.”

Rony Thomas, president and CEO of LifeNet Health, said: “We are committed to working with Salvin Dental to provide LifeNet Health’s OraGraft allograft to the patients who need them, and we are proud to be a part of the comprehensive Salvin Dental product offering.”
