Wolters Kluwer Health announced that Executive Solutions for Healthcare, L.L.C., selected its ProVation MD software, ProVation EHR electronic health record and patient charting solution. The Trinity Plaza Surgery Center and The Endoscopy Center of Lodi which are the two facilities of Executive Solutions for Healthcare will use software to document procedures in Orthopedics, Pain Management, Urology, General Surgery, Plastic Surgery and Ophthalmology.

ProVation EHR offers robust electronic documentation and document imaging for all elements of the patient encounter, from past records to procedure documentation to follow-up care. The ASCs (Ambulatory Surgery Centres) can have affordable access to a single, patient-centric documentation system with ProVation EHR. ProVation MD replaces dictation and transcription and allows physicians to efficiently document procedures at the point of care. The complete, coding-ready and image-enhanced procedure notes will be produced by ProVation software.

Both Trinity Plaza Surgery Center and Endoscopy Center of Lodi were designed, developed and are managed by Executive Solutions for Healthcare, L.L.C.
