Prosthetics: designed to fit – and fast
Elaine Figgins became the acting director and head of department of the National Centre for Prosthetics and Orthotics (NCPO) at the University of Strathclyde, UK, in July 2010, where she is a principal teaching fellow and the undergraduate course leader for the BSc Honours and MSc programmes in prosthetics and orthotics.
